“I've actually only snowboarded once but I've skied seven times,” she tells OK! at the opening of the new Burton store in West Hollywood. “I look forward to snowboarding in the future. It's a cooler sport."

She may want to prepare her body for it though. Declaring herself to be “not athletic,” Amanda confesses she’s not often found breaking a sweat at the gym. “I try but not really,” she says. “I try to walk instead of drive. Yoga if I can.”

As for her career, there may be another musical in sight for the 20-year-old if she gets her wishes. “I would love to work with Baz Luhrmann or Tim Burton. They’re so creative and artsy. Baz is exciting.”

Young actress Amanda Bynes, who first developed a loyal fan base on Nickelodeon, and then with a string of teen-friendly movies, is out with a line of hoodies, khakis and stretch jeans, all marketed under the label of Dear.

The young starlet has been taken under the wings of Steve and Barry's, who are selling her "Dear" clothing at their outlets.

Bynes says the designs are inspired by her own sense of style and comfort. The line features casual items all priced at $19.98 or below. Why the name Dear?

"I wanted something memorable and sweet. It started with a drawing of a deer. I changed the "deer" to "dear." You know, something that's dear to you," she explained.

The line is the latest installment of clothes designed by celebrities to be sold at Steve and Barry's after the summer launch of Bitten by Sarah Jessica Parker and their 2006 partnership with NBA basketball star Stephon Marbury to create the Starbury Collection of affordably priced sneakers and clothing.

It isn?t clear who will be in town, but the cast includes such celebrities as John Travolta, Queen Latifah, Michelle Pfieffer and Christopher Walken.

Organizers have confirmed the movie?s star, 18-year-old Nikki Blonsky, will attend the film festival to accept the Rising Star honor along with co-recipient, 22-year-old Emile Hirsch of "Into The Wild."
