Newsweek: Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, America's next Billionaires
April 26th

Added a new picture from Newsweek

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, whom most people know as the diminutive former child stars of Full House and an endless stream of straight-to-video tween movies, are inspecting a rolling rack of crisp white cotton shirts and another one lined with black stretch-leather leggings seemingly sized for miniature gazelles. The sisters and the clothes are crowded onto an exceedingly unglamorous factory floor in New York’s garment center. The L-shaped workspace, brightly lit with fluorescent lights, smells vaguely of steam irons and fried rice.

StyleMint will offer shoppers a personalized shopping experience by having shoppers register as members and take quick style surveys to modify monthly purchase suggestions (kind of like how pandora.com customizes music). Members can also use Facebook and Twitter to ask for opinions on their potential purchases.

Lizzie to star in 'Liberal Arts'
April 1st

Most probably know him as Ted in the hit CBS sitcom "How I Met Your Mother," but actor Josh Radnor made his debut as a filmmaker last year at the Sundance Film Festival with HappyThankYouMorePlease, a film that he wrote and directed. Alex gave it a pretty positive review, so it's probably good news that THR reports Radnor will be at the helm of Liberal Arts, another film which he also wrote. In addition, Elizabeth Olsen, sister of the Olsen twins and breakout star of not one, but two films at this year's Sundance Film Festival has joined the cast which will also feature Radnor in the lead role yet again.

The film follows a 35 year-old (Radnor), still yearning for the life of a college student, who must come to terms with his age and responsibilities. Olsen plays a 19-year-old college student who falls for Radnor’s character over a shared love of music and literature. She wants to make it work with the man but her immaturity makes it impossible for her to see the obvious obstacles. Radnor has some genuine charm so his presence on the big screen is warmly welcomed, and while I can't speak for Olsen's talents having missed Martha Marcy May Marlene (her most buzzed about performance at Sundance), word on the street is the girl has talent. After all she also snagged a role in Red Lights, the next film from Buried director Rodrigo Cortés. We'll find out soon enough. Interested?
