Plot Summaries:
Based on the book Confessions of a teenage Drama Queen. A teenage girl is convinced that her home city revolves around her until her family packs up and moves to the suburbs, where she finds herself competing for attention.
"Drama queen" Lola (Lindsay Lohan) won't let her family's recent move to the suburbs thwart her dream of becoming a big star. But her competition for the lead in the school play is the most popular girl in class, and her attention is distracted by a cute rocker boy (Adam Garcia).
